Production

Each of our moulds be it aluminium, wooden or epoxy, is carefully inspected before shipment, as well as any parts produced in our foundry.

The plastic parts produced by vacuum-thermoforming are visually inspected at all stages during the manufacturing process. Before packaging the parts for delivery, we proceed with sampling to verify the parts conformities. The sampling frequency is determined according to the production quantity and the complexity of the inspected pieces.

Delivery

All products manufactured by Usinage Roy 2000 are packaged and delivered in rigid carton boxes. Our customers are assured to receive their pieces in the best of condition and in good shape.
